COVID-19 UPDATE: Please note, if you have ordered a magazine issue, your order should be with you within 5-10 working days, but could be delayed by the impact of Covid-19 on the postal service. International sales outside the UK should allow 28 days for delivery due to on-going postal issues outside our control. We are currently operating a normal service with magazine deliveries, especially within the UK, largely unaffected. I have subscribed. What is my first issue and when will I receive it?

Once you have placed your subscription order and the payment has gone through, you will receive an email receipt from us acknowledging your order. Your starting issue will always be the current issue on sale when you made your purchase and is detailed on our website at point of sale:

Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday, usually the day after your order was completed, excepting weekends (orders from Friday through Sunday will be acknowledged and shipped out on Monday or Tuesday latest).

I want my subscription to start with a different issue.

Once you subscribe, you may chose to start your subscription with the forthcoming issue rather than the current issue – simply email and ask us to do that. Because we ship our orders so quickly after they are completed, you will have to email us straight away!

I just placed an order, but I haven’t received an acknowledgement.

Once you place an order with us and the payment has been completed, you will receive an automatic email receipt showing the details of your order. As soon as we can, we ship your order out (usually the next working day) and a second email is sent acknowledging shipment for single copy orders or that your subscription is ‘active’. If you haven’t received any emails from us, please check your spam or junk folders in case they have been filtered out. If your order still says ‘processing’ you can email us to check what the delay is – it may be an issue with your payment or a delay at the fulfilment house.

When are the magazines published?

There are 12 magazines a year, one every month, and we are currently on a flexible publishing schedule for 2020 due to the recalibrated F1 race calendar, with most issues coming out at the end of the month (e.g., issue 7 (September 2020) is out at the end of September).

Can I buy a back issue?

Yes, all back issues are available to buy unless otherwise noted (e.g., if we have sold out).

How do I renew my subscription?

If you are a subscriber, you will receive a renewal notice from us in good time before your subscription ends so as not to miss an issue.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

If you have received a discount code, you may enter it at point of sale in the Coupon Code box. Once entered, the discount will automatically be applied.

How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payments gateway, which also offers credit or debit card transactions.

My subscription was a gift. How do I get onto the mailing list?

If your subscription was bought for you and the buyer did not provide your email address, you may email us at and ask us to add your email address to our database.

I've moved - how do I change my address?

If you have moved or would like your order shipped to a different address, please email us at with your new details and we will update our database.


How much is delivery?

How long will my order take to arrive?

In light of the current Covid crisis and the effect this has had on international and domestic postal services it is not possible for us to make accurate forecasts. We will however do our absolute best.

What delivery service do you use?

All single order issues shipping out from our UK warehouse are sent via Royal Mail 24 untracked. US subscription magazines are posted out from our Florida warehouse via USPS Retail Ground.

How do I change my address?

Is the magazine published by F1?

No, the magazine is published by Lifestyle Media House Ltd under sole license agreement with F1, with exclusive access to the teams, drivers and circuits.

When did the magazine first come out?

The Official F1 Magazine was first published in March 2020.
